I was impressed on the communication through the loan process Raul gomez would do weekly calls to follow up. Alicia was very helpful getting all our docs. Then Daniel gave us a few options for our loan he is very knowledgeable putting numbers together. Most docs are e-sign which make it easier. Closing was smooth. Highly recommended
