What made my experience great was that Jay and his team was very responsive to any questions that I had and that they don’t take NO as an answer - if something didn't sound right Jay and his team will definitely fight for there customer and put their customer first as it pertains to your deal. I would recommend Jay and his team if your a first-time buyer and you have a not so regular type of deal that you’re considering because they will turn over every leaf and cross every T.
