It was overwhelming at first and very voluminous with information and as we had never experienced anything like this before we were confused. Then Ellen stepped in and took over. After that, with many phone calls and tons of paper we were able to start digesting the information and light appeared at the end of the tunnel. It''s over now, the process has progresed mostly to the end and our immediate needs are being satisfied. It's amazing how emails, FEDEX, letters and the internet can work.
