She was helpful every time we had a question. She walked us through the understanding of a Reverse Mortgage. I even faxed her cell phone by mistake...several times. She was always patient and understanding with us. "Thank you" is not nearly enough for what we are able to feel right now.

investor did not write docs in time for contract's COE. Almost missed the extension. Very, very stressful being told investor was too busy to write our docs. Getting final docs was a nightmare.
