Patricia and her staff were phenomenal to work with! It was wonderful to be able to talk with Patricia face to face at her office with versus dealing with someone in an office/call center in another part of the country. We always felt very much in the loop with how our loan process was going, and for that getting financing for our new home was very stress free. We would highly recommend Patricia to anyone in the market for a new mortgage loan!

From the first meeting we had with Patricia we knew we were going to be in good hands. She stressed that if we ever had any questions, even if its a Sunday night, to text her anyways. She had our loan processed and approved in record timing and kept us updated every step of the way. We appreciate the commitment she gave us over the several months we needed her service. We love our new home and are so thankful for her expertise!

In the beginning, there were misunderstandings on my part, but Patricia persevered through all my frustrations. Patricia was on vacation and I messed up as to what she told me about the process. She was on the road and was able to get to a computer to work her magic so we could continue our house hunting process. Patricia knew I was frustrated at some things, but she kept telling me it was going to alright and never got upset with me. She was very informative with the whole process.

From the very first phone call to the very last meet at closing, Patricia was very aware of my needs and desires. It was a very emotional process and she was patient and understanding.
