James is a very pleasant and knowledgable advisor. Together we were able to look at numbers for different mortgage options. I was unaware a 10 year was avaiable, which was perfect for me beings I have just entered my 50's. Looking at my debt ratio, he also inquired about adding my sons student loans. This even made it more perfect. I was able pay off all high interest student loans, get my morgage term right where I wanted it. All this was achieved in a very timley manner.

James did a very nice job working with my family and I getting funding for our first home. We did have a few bums in the road along the way but in the end everything went through and we are in our home. Much appreciated James!

We were not prepared with financing when our home hit the market. Thanks to James he had a very quick turn around on our preapproval letter so we could make an offer. Otherwise I truly believe we would have lost it. He was knowledge but more importantly personable. He went above & beyond. We closed in under 3 weeks & James came to closing to be sure all went as planned & to congratulate us on our dream home.

James did for us what others said could not be done. We were in a fixed interest rate but it was extremely high <10% without escrowed property taxes and insurance. Our previous loan servicer (Rushmore LM) had the worst website, customer service rep. and overall we had a horrible experience with them. James was able to get our interest rate lowered more than half and our new payment includes the taxes and insurance. We are saving over $500 per month and couldn’t be happier. Thanks James
