Josh and his team were amazing!!! We were getting the run around from another lender for over 2 months and were almost left without a home until Marketplace stepped in, got it done and in just a few SHORT weeks. After a long day of starting to work on our new home, I finally get to sit down and start singing some praises. Josh and his team were phenomenal. I used to joke that buying a house was going to be worse than buying a car (I don't like buying cars), but honestly, this team made purchasing my family's first home and absolute dream. As first time buyers, there were loads of questions and not one was ever treated like a burden, no matter how silly it may have been in the grand scheme of things. Very informative, and so helpful.
