Kristen was very helpful throughout the loan process. She was committed to helping me I understood the process in general, as well as making sure I understood all the pertinent terms I found in the documents we looked at (there is a whole language to the loan process). She was able to get us a good rate for our loan, was prompt and responsive, and was willing to meet whenever. I was satisfied with her service and wouldn't mind recommending her in the future.

Josh is such a great lender. Truly goes above and beyond for his clients. From the time you fill out your application to well past closing josh calls you personally to check in on things. We've bought before and the lender never reached out as many times as josh has. We knew what was going on each step of the way. If you want a lender who truly cares and is amazing at his job you should truly use josh as a lender. His whole team is great

A lot of places turned us down but these guys hooked us up. Super friendly and easy to work with. Josh takes customer service seriously and you could tell. We loved getting care packages. Definitely referring anyone I know!
