Riana and her colleagues were very attentive and on top of things throughout the entire mortgage process. I ended up choosing New American Funding because of the type of customer service I was receiving during the vetting process and they did not let me down. I feel like I was escorted gently through every bit and she even celebrated with me at the end! I felt like I lost a buddy when it was over and I would totally go with NAF and Riana again no questions.
