Ty was very informative with every detail of the loan process and documents needed. He was always in contact with me making sure I was aware of every process taking place with my loan, and answered any questions I had immediately. Ty also helped me not to stress, was always very positive and focused on getting my loan approved. We went in to our first meeting not knowing anything. By the end of the hour, Dave had us understanding what our options were and what we had to do to maximize our chances. He is very straight forward and doesn't sugar-coat things, which is what you need when it comes to finances. He was very quick to respond to our inquiries, and worked with our difficult schedules by answering questions outside of normal working hours. We are very happy with our experience.
