My experience with Jeff Heidtmann - and Castle & Cooke Mortgage - was superior to any of my expectations. Jeff is a terrific person, kind and patient and understanding, and he went above and beyond the call to help me secure my mortgage. He is clear and concise in his explanations, insightful and proactive in his actions, and as dedicated, reliable, fair and honest as one might hope. Jeff foresaw issues and delays before they arose, and took immediate action to make sure my closing happened on time. I'd definitely recommend Jeff to anyone seeking information on a home purchase.

Mr. Heidtmann and his staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Heidtmann took the time to meet with me to explain the loan process in detail, went over my credit report. Made me feel at ease about the loan process. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this mortgage company.
