Jeff was organized and kept us on track. He made sure all our documentation was in up front so we wouldn't have to wait long for an approval. He is very open to feedback and always puts his clients first. We were able to get a better loan option thanks to Jeff's knowledge. Anyone looking for a new house should contact him first and decrease the home buying headaches!

Jeff has been great to work with. He is very personable and explains things in a way you can understand. I am very happy with the service he provided. My loan was closed in a reasonable amount of time with very few issues. Any issues I did have were corrected in no time at all. I highly recommend Jeff to any one and will definitely use him again.

I worked with Jeff Heidtmann to purchase my first home. I decided to do a renovation loan to make some changes to the property I decided to purchase. This added to the complexity of the mortgage process.
