Eric was a true professional from the beginning. I originally reached out to learn about a rehab loan which Eric was very helpful with. He set me up with an appraisal and some great insight regarding the property which ultimately helped us decide to not go through with it. <br/><br/>Eric was so great in helping when we weren't even giving him business that when we found a house naturally we asked Eric to help. We requested a quick closing and Eric worked tirelessly to make sure it happened. Our realtor team gave us Eric's information and I am so gad they did! We were first time home buyers and knew very little about the process. Jeff communicated everything neccessary for the perfectly expitited loan that was a perfect fit and really listened it was nice doing business with him cause it felt like a more personal touch being a rather intimate office rather than a lender feeling.
