Jeffrey is a consummate professional who was a pleasure to work with. Purchasing a home is not a quick in and out process, Jeffrey facilitated, step by step and was always available to answer questions whenever they came up. When I was looking for a house, he spent the time preparing the numbers for me prior to making an offer as well as advised me on what a good offer should look like. When I first emailed Eric on the advice of my realtor, I was very transparent that I was looking for a second opinion on something, but had every intention of sticking with my current mortgage broker. Despite that -- and it being Saturday--he called me within minutes and took the time to answer all my questions. He was so responsive that ultimately, when the other mortgage company was unable to meet my timing needs, I went with Eric and Prospect. He turned around a loan package in 24 hours that I had been waiting for for over a week. He was responsive throughout the process and the rate he provided was what I was looking for. The next time I buy, I'll call Eric first.

Eric was extremely responsive and made sure to contact us every few days to make sure all of the paperwork was filled out and there were no delays. Eric seemed to make the process easy. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend using him - especially if your are a hesitant first time home buyer.
