From the moment I spoke to Jeff I knew he was the lender for me. Jeff is very well versed and understands what it takes to get his clients to where they want to be. Jeff and his team are very detailed and take time to explain things to you if you are uncertain on anything. This was the most smooth process I have ever encountered. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking to purchase or refinance. The process was very quick and very smooth. Just remember its just as important for you the client to have all of your ducks in a row to make this as streamlined and smooth as well. Jeff took the time to understand my situation, provided easy to follow steps with timeline reminders, and solid advice specific to our purchase. With a rehab loan, and a first time home buyer, Jeff came highly recommended, and helped me through all aspects of the approval process. Jeff was always on top of my application; he makes himself available anytime for his clients, and is very prompt with responses and information. Additionally, his organizational system, and his frequent deadline reminders, help ensure the mortgage is approved on time.

Jeff did a great job for my family and I. We recently sold our house and once there was an offer on it we only had about 4 weeks to get into another house. Jeff guided us through the process and made it seem easy. He explained all the options that were available to us. We closed on time for our move out date.
