I have known Greg and his wonderful family for over 20 years. When time was running out on my current 5 year mortgage plan, I reached out to him to see what we could do. He understood the urgency of the situation and provided me with the options I needed to re-fi my home in Snohomish. Greg is a person of great character and was open and honest with me about what I needed to do. He kept in touch with us continually throughout the process as I had the utmost trust in his knowledge and above all, honesty. Shawna was awesome as well and made the process very painless. Over the course of the year my wife and I spent trying to become homeowners Greg and his team set the gold standard of professionalism. We had many questions and frustrating "close-calls" that didn't materialize, but Greg was patient and responsive to all of the multiple offers he we needed paperwork for. I was so impressed when he offered to drive all the way up to meet us at a Starbucks over 40 miles away when we were late in submitting a necessary form. Given how many pre-approval letters we requested, deals that fell through and all the extra work it took to transact business mostly remotely, I feel whatever his cut was, it couldn't have been enough! We absolutely love our new home! And again, the quality of work he exhibited certainly earned our referrals. We would recommend Greg and his team to anyone on a schedule, because he is on it!!

Greg was with us every step of the way. I don't know how anyone can do a refinance of their home without Greg at their side. We were his "problem children". On our second attempt, we qualified even tho my husband is a part owner in a small business. Even then our older home had some issues that needed attention. Greg helped us with locating inspectors and businesses that were top notch and reasonably priced. Greg rooted for us and kept the process moving. He was knowledgeable of what the underwriters needed and made things run as smooth as possible. He was committed to our success. Greg even made a couple drop offs to our home and followed up while he was recovering in the hospital himself. I don't know what else you could ask from the man. The result? We now have a mortgage HALF of our previous one and a buffer in savings for the rainy days that could come. I will forever be thankful to Greg. He is becoming a family institution now. Both my children have used his services successfully to purchase and refinance their homes too!

I would recommend Greg to anyone who is going to purchase a new home. He got me through all the hoops in record time and I am now living in my dream home! He has answered all of my questions within minutes of me texting him. I had plenty of questions too. I had a few more questions after I got into the new place so I texted Greg and sure enough...he had the answer for me. Greg helped walk me through the home buying process and had the knowledge I was seeking for my first home purchase. He was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. Greg is very professional and extremely responsive to my demands. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions and had lots of anxiety. He was there for me through the entire process. He even called to follow-up when he was recovering from a major surgery.
