We have know Mitch since 2008 when we bought our first home in Oregon City Oregon. We did a refinance 3 times over the years through Mitch and 2018 bought our home in Dallas Oregon. I have referred friends and family to Mitch. He is fare, honest, friendly, caring and awesome to work with.

Getting a home loan is a big deal! I don’t do this every day so the process is a little foreign to me. Greg was in constant contact with me every step of the process to help me feel more at ease. Greg let me know ahead of time that there are usually little “hiccups” in the process and not to worry because it is to be expected and he knows what to do. I TRUST GREG. I have nothing but the highest regard for Greg and his team at New American Funding, specifically Greg and Shawnna Alexander, his Loan processor. Greg was able to meet with me early in the process and clearly lay out the steps to success in a clear and approachable manner. With my circumstances there were many hurdles to clear before we actually were able to start working with the escrow offices. Greg and Shawnna were both very patient, emotionally resilient and diligent in working tirelessly to get us to the end gate. With the emotional level of answering all the questions to the satisfaction of the Escrow, Greg and Shawnna made it so much more pleasant and workable. I can assure you my process was not the norm. At the end of the day, I was able to get a great home on Camano Island and can honestly say it would have been very difficult, if not impossible without Greg and his Team at New American Funding.
