Michelle helped me with the purchase of my home in February of 2002, I was very impressed with her organization and knowledge of the mortgage industry, her help was instrumental in not only the purchase of the home but also was able to inform me six years later I could refinance the same home at a much lower interest rate which she also secured for me saving me over two thousand dollars a year. I referred my parents to Lorraine Rodriguez. They had been shopping around for the best deal. From the beginning she was very helpful as far as explaining the process and what needs to be done. Lorraine Rodriguez @ New American Funding was fantastic. I received her information from our realtor and was impressed at how fast she responded. First, she got us pre-approved for our loan quickly which allowed us to begin to search for properties which we knew we could afford. Once we found a property she helped us navigate through the loan process and explained everything in terms we could understand, which was great because we were first time home buyers and the mortgage loan language can be extremely confusing. She was always available when we had questions through email, phone, and text even during the holidays. We got our loan funded on time and are now NEW HOMEOWNERS!
