Teresa isknowledgeable, she followed everyhing to the last detail . You can count on her and trust everything she do. Practically she's the one who did everything for me all I have to do is signed all the paper works. She even go w/ us to the lender. She's great! If ever i'll buy a house again i'll grt her. And definitely recomend her to friends.On our 1st phone call, she explained everything to me & she called me back even before 24 hrs she promised.She even quoted the amount for the closing cost & it matched more or less w/ my satisfaction,& above all when she promised we closed on that date, she even closed it before the deadline. I appreciated her for that!

Mrs. DelRosario was extremely knowledgeable and helpful upon getting me approved for my home loan. She just didn't sell me the loan, I felt she genuinely was looking out for my best interest & my future. Mrs. DelRosario kept reminding me of my goals, which in turn help me obtain the right property within my budget. I am thankful Team DelRosario was by my side during this major purchase. For me, the best part was that I never felt like there was ever a lack of, or an issue with communication. That is huge! Especially when you’re making such a big commitment and don’t exactly know what you’re doing...that’s why it’s so good to have someone you can ask questions and get prompt and thorough answers.
