Ty help on many levels with the whole loan process it was great! I didn't have the best credit and he was able to put me in contact with some people to repair my credit in a hurry. I would definitely recommend Ty and his company.

Always available and very helpful, makes the transition very smooth. He knows his job well and will go the extra mile for you. Highly recommended to anyone purchasing a home. We had last minute changes to our mortgage agreement and Ty Kollar was able to meet our every request without a change in the closing date.

Ty, took the time walk me through the process. He gave me all the information I needed to prepare for and what to expect. He really did a great job and was very patient throughout. Any questions it was responded to with an email, phone call or text, whichever method suited the situation. I have a great house that I now call home thanks to Ty.

My husband and I are new here in Vegas, went to 2 different mortgage companies and didn't like there customer service. On those companies we talk to 1 officer to another. And all this officers ask for different documents which we already sent. In other words all our documents were lost in there files. And they were giving us all this excuses. And we can't even talk to the team manager which we spoke to at the first time. After awhile we just loss hope on this mortgage companies. Well, a friend of mine gave Ms Teresa's card to me and told my husband let's give this another try. Called her at first and met with her in her office. Ms Teresa and her team were so nice and very helpful. All are questions are answered. They answered my text and emails all the time. They update us on loan process. Finally bought our dream house with there help with no problem. Team Del Rosario is the BEST!!! Highly recommended....
