Patricia was diligent in making sure everything was completed on time. If I had a question, she responded right away, sometimes responding late nights as well as early mornings. Working nights, that was a big help. She did an amazing job staying in contact with my realtor and keeping him up to date with the process as well. I cant say enough good things about her. She is one in a million and a pleasure to work with.

Ty did a great job keeping us fully in the loop and made sure to communicate with us multiple times per week through the process. He was available outside of regular office hours, he was transparent with any conditions that came up, and he made a plan B just in case plan A didn't go through. Ty was extremely professional and courteous throughout the whole process. My husband and I had a fair - good credit score and we were first-time home buyers using the VA loan. This could have been a recipe for rejection, however Ty was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to do to make sure we got in our Home. I would highly recommend Ty Kollar to anyone looking to buy a home, whether you're a first-time home buyer or you've been around the block a few times.

I felt at easy theough the entire process when purchasing my home. Ty annswered all of my questions any day of the week and at any time during the day. Ty walked me through the process ensuring that I was aware of all minor and major details concerning my loan. I would definitely use Ty in the future and recommend him to family and friends.

Ty was great to work with. He made the home buying process very simple and worked with me on explaining how different aspects changed monthly prices. Even helped with questions after closing. Also, he is very quick to answer his phone. If he misses your call he gets back to you surprisingly fast. (The mortgage lender I dropped before finding Ty would take weeks to respond.)
