Omar was fantastic. Informative, extremely helpful. Provided guidance through the entire process. The issue was with the hand over to the loan processor. She had lost information submitted, had long delays when follow-up requests were given in 24 hours, and is clearly overloaded. The workload needs to be evaluated as there were several issues caused by this.
