For being a first time home buyer, Daniel laid everything out for me down to the T! He let me know where I stood and gave me all of my options upfront on paper so I had a visual on what my options were. The process was exceptionally easy and Daniel and his team worked with me to get the deal I wanted. I was able to use CalHFA which I didn’t know about till him, put zero down and stay within my budget. Best first time ever.
