Have to say a special thanks to Rochelle and Julio. They were able to get us into our dream home. We are so appreciative of everything that they did. Also got a great interest rate and gave us a very reasonable budget to work with. Will have to admit at times it was stressful. But isn't anything of value hard work. So glad we used them!!

Chris VL came recommended from my Redfin agent. We were building a new house and had already been pre-approved through their preferred lender, and I mostly just wanted to compare rates and closing costs. Chris ended up being crazy easy to work with and he offered very competitive pricing. In the end it was all pretty similar and I went with New American mostly because of how easy it was to work with Chris, how quick he was to respond, how accessible he was. I thought it wouldn't matter that much that New American doesn't sell your mortgage, but now that we've closed and the reality of payments and mortgage insurance is setting in, it's very reassuring to know where my mortgage will be and that I have a local contact if I have any questions.
