Erich was great during this whole process. Every time that my wife and I started to feel overwhelmed Erich through some of his energy our way and we were renewed. My wife really appreciated that he talked to both of us not just me. And finally, our kids loved that he talked and played with them rather than ignoring them. I'm sure it wasn't his favorite thing to have kids around, but you'd never know it by the way he and his team acted. I would absolutely recommend Erich and his team to anyone!

My wife and I were referred to Nancy Cabrera with New American Funding by our real estate agent. This was our first home buying experience and Nancy assisted us in making it a great one. Nancy was available to us throughout the entire process and responded to phone calls and questions at all hours, even returning phone calls and emails while she was out of town and on the weekends.
