Joe structured the mortgage the way that met the timing and mortgage terms we desired. Joe’s staff was great too, friendly, and easy to do business with. Frequent e-mails and phone calls kept us informed as to documents needed and progress of the loan every step of the way. Most signatures and verification documents were handled on-line electronic, PDF, etc which made it easy for get things done quickly.
