The team I was working with were very good. But the underwriter was an idiot who did not read what I sent or use a brain. Wanted to know why I lived at more than one place because I had a physical and post office box and then had to explain 2 zip codes (one of 5 digits and one of 9 digits for the same street address). And there were other stupid questions that were asked that showed the underwriter did not read or think.
