I sold my home in Guerneville so that I could purchase a new one in Shasta County 3.5 hours away. I needed escrow to close quickly between the two and Scott and his team ensured that my loan funded within 24 hours after close of escrow on the Guerneville house. I met the movers and received the keys to my new home at 4pm. And it was my birthday. Best gift ever!
