Dustin quickly realized that I wanted a straight forward refinance and did not try to convince me to roll any other debt into my mortgage, this was the number one reason why I did not refinance with my original loan officer. Anybody that tries to argue with me that it is beneficial to roll a 3.49% car loan into a mortgage will no longer get my business. Dustin did not try any ridiculous up-charging and did exactly what I needed.
