Jerry was at all times very courteous, helpful, and very informative in all the dealings that I and my husband had since the first day I called him for information on getting our house mortgage with New American Funding. He led us step by step through the whole e consenting and many forms we had to fill out. He was always very responsive in returning calls if we had to leave a message, I know I probably bugged him alot with many questions, but he was always very accommodating!
