Kelly, made this process happen. Any other person, my wife and I may have walked from the process. We missed 2 closing dates and some questions were inappropriate in our opinion. But overall we are happy to be where we are and would choose Kelly as our go to person for another purchase.

We used Teresa a couple of years ago for our refi when she was at Wells Fargo. We kept her number and when we decided to buy a new house this year we contacted her again. Even though our original mortgage was with Wells Fargo we decided to take a chance on this new company because we were very happy with her friendly, knowledgeable service the first time we worked with her. This was a more complicated purchase and Teresa was helpful and supportive through out.
