Ron and his team at American Funding are awsome. I had several options but I was specific in my need and direct about how I wanted to get there. He and his team listened to me went to work and made it happen. It was a very pleasant process and fast too. His numbers were staggeringly close to closing #'s (actually in my favor). No tomfoolery as the boys from some of the other big box lenders everyone knows told me would happen sooner or later in this loan (COULDN'T MATCH DEAL) 100% satisfaction.
