I keep coming back to Larry because of his integrity and high level of service. He is honest, efficient, and always makes us feel comfortable. In this industry, that's all I can ask for. We've used Larry probably 10 times in the last 10 years for purchases and refinances and I can't think of a single instance where a closing was even delayed. Larry is our mortgage broker for life!

For a first time home buyer such as myself, who really didn't know much about the business of buying a home, it was really refreshing to have people walk you through the process from the beginning to the finish line. The best way I can describe my experience at American Funding was like being front row center watching the NBA Dream Team play. The best part about that is, you know that team is playing for you so there wasn't any doubt that they wouldn't do what they sat out to do....
