I had a problem with my loan app qualifying under FHA guidelines. Mr. Zwerling found a way to resolve the problem and get the loan approved quickly. Mr. Zwerling kept me abreast of the loan process and what forms he needed to obtain loan approval. Ms. Cannady was also instrumental in the loan process. Kudos to both.

I couldn't imagine going through this move, the purchase of our new home, and sale of our old home with any other loan officer than Kelly. If she grew tired with the number of texts, phone calls, and questions I sent to her, she never let on. She was kind, patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She knows the mortgage industry very well and gave us the best advice. I feel like by the end of the process, at close, I had made a friend. Quite simply, Kelly is the best!
