She treated us like family. She made all the steps seem easy by giving us a little homework here and there. Katie even did some of the steps by calling various companies who weren’t sending things. She allowed us to text her personal cell. I bet she received 50 texts/email per day over a 90-day period as we changed homes 3 times. It was so frustrating but she plugged along and joked us through it. My husband started jabbing her too: “after this is over, Im gonna shoot ya!” -hates paperwork ha!

I literally would rather get punched in the face repeatedly before going through the home buying process ever again. But I made it through, and Mrs. O’Brian stuck with me. That speaks volumes to her level of commitment and professionalism, because I can be quite a pill when I’m annoyed.
