Michael knows reverse mortgages inside & out. I did not want a reverse mortgage but under my financial situation I didn’t have much choice. He put my mind at ease early in the process & was there for me every step of the way. He is a very dedicated employee, and his customer service skills are excellent too. He has a good sense of humor so it made working with him very enjoyable. I would rate him an excellent in all categories. No complaints whatsoever.
