Bryan Brady made me feel more like a friend than a customer. He responded to me immediately every time I contacted him with endless questions, even after business hours and on weekends, you dont get that with bank of america. He was always honest with me, and I feel confident that I got the best loan package I could have found by following his advice. Overall I am extremely pleased with his service.

Rebecca is a combination of a problem-solver and psychologist wrapped up as one! During the loan process several times a third-party entity did not perform their duty at the highest level nor did they seem to care when the financial cost was matter-of-fact applied to me. These inequities were not only presented by the Seller's Agent, the Appraiser but the Lender too. I did not walk-away due to Rebecca's combination of abilities to mitigate a final resolution which became palatable.
