Dave and his staff were responsive and helpful. Deb was willing to answer questions at all hours of the day and on weekends. The communication was thorough and we knew exactly what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. Ultimately, the process went as smoothly as it probably could have even though it is inherently stressful. Only complaints are how long it took to get a final number for closing and locking in of our interest rate. All in all very happy with them!
