Tyler O’Donnell was great at answering my questions and calls at anytime of the day. I felt that the closing costs were always on the high side and it made my buyers have to hunt a little bit longer to get an accepted offer we had to bump up what they were qualified for and then ask for closing costs to be covered. I would still use this company again But I would just ask the lender to move their prequalification up $5,000 initially to get their offer accepted.

Anthony did all that could be expected to get the loan processed and closed in a timely manner. The cash-out check to pay off my daughter's car is, as the Post Office termed it: "in-transit" the money back guaranteed delivery is not being honored because of the Xmas Holiday. Shoulda used FEDEX. I digress, that is not Anthony's fault. I have to wait 7 days to file a claim for lost documents. So Anthony if you're listening we may have to stop pay on the larger amount. Here's the tracking
