Low rate, good communication from Sifa and team, ease of closing at location of my choosing. Only downside was the loan taking quite a long time from application to close, but would use again regardless of the long closing time.

Jody and Deb made everything easy for us. Explained everything in great deal if we didn’t understand. Kept in contact from start to finish. Never lost patience with me when I was being annoying. They are just wonderful caring ladies. Their there for you all the way. I’m actually going to miss talking to them. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate them by a long shot!

Patrick is simply outstanding! He returns calls quickly, always positive and explains what is going on, where the problems might be and always has a plan. He stays in touch, staff is incredible and he makes other lenders support and communication pale in comparison. He says what he is going to do and does what he says and in the very rare case if there is a goof up, takes responsibility. True professional, if only other lenders would follow his lead the industry would be so much better.
