We used New American when we bought our house. As interest rates began to drop this year, we talked to Aaron and set up a strategy for a refinance, once we were in the window of opportunity. Aaron and his team were on top of all the necessary paperwork for a virtually seamless refinance. Now we have a much lower interest rate and monthly payment.
