Working with Ja'neen and her team was a pleasure. I don't make alot of money and Ja'neen was able to get me approved and my mortgage payments are under what I paid in rent. She exceeded my expectations..... I was extremely nervous thru my process but between Ja'neen and my agent they both put my mind at ease! She let me know up front it could be done and it was. I was pre approve on 07/09 found a house on 07/16 and I closed on my house 08/15... Go with Ja'neen you won't regret it.
