The team at New American acted as a single, unified team, which was very different from previous loan experiences where once you are passed off to another team member you never hear from the previous team member again. New American also communicated to me when and how (e.g. email, text, phone) I wanted to receive that communication.

Eddie went above and beyond. He kept me very informed of everything that was going on. He is very understanding and caring. The closing on the house that I was selling was very stressful. It was postponed twice. Eddie listened to me for weeks and always calmed me down. I would not hesitate to refer my family or friends to him. He was AWESOME!
