Jennifer was helpful to me in knowing which documents I needed to bring. Her assistant and other ladies at the East Brainerd office were also helpful and pleasant to work with. The hardest part was the excessive amount of redundancy required by the underwriters, but all of the local people I mentioned helped me wade through this and keep my sanity.

Dale gave us good advice and made the process of refinancing smooth. I appreciated that he took time to run numbers for me before processing an application. We were thankful for the recommendation we had to call Dale from a friend in the midst of the mortgage market. We did not have time to speak to many different potential lenders.
