Towards the end we were all getting very irritated because we were having difficult times with the bank. Although that happened at the end of the day I know it was out of there control. The 27th of December I told Alma we wanted the keys that day and if she can do everything she possibly can to make it happen, and she did. I will forever be grateful for that. Thank you Alma!

Kyler was responsive, available, compassionate, professional and efficient through out the entire loan process. He took the time to learn about us and provided us a personalized experience which sped up the process and kept unnecessary worries at bay. He was exceptional at providing a great experience and highly recommend his services. We sadly experienced both the worst (elsewhere)and best home buying experience (Kyler) in 3 months.
