This was a Refi and by far the easiest loan experience that I've had. Very smooth process from beginning to end and Rick and the rest of the team, including Lee Miller were always there to answer any questions and make sure that I was satisfied with the answers. There was no push to rush the loan through the process which made things easier for me. I have absolutely no negatives about this loan. Extremely happy with the entire loan experience.
