Bart listened to what I needed from my mortgage, and ran with that, making sure I was aware of the options available to me, and what they meant in terms of monthly payment, and long term implications. He didn't try to sell me anything that didn't fit our needs. The day of closing, we were all thrown a curve ball, and he, the underwriter, and our realtor, got everything back on track to close the following day. I can't properly express how impressed I am with Bart and his team.
