Jon Gonzales was on point with everything. We ran into some hurdles on sellers not completing repairs and Jon walked us through all of our options and got it closed in a way that was agreeable to both parties. Jasi- our processor- made my heart sing with her organization. I felt very secure on our timelines and knew Jasi would alert me if anything was needed on our side. She is a star!
