The process of finalizing a mortgage is not fun nor is it easy to do. I have to admit, I became frustrated on numerous occasions, however, Stephanie helped me though the whole process. She supported me in every step and was there to answer questions I had. I would recommend her for your mortgage needs. Scott, Nichole and Mark are considerate and professional. The underwriter, Sandee, is inconsiderate, unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. This hurts the great efforts of Scott and his team.
