Darren helped us secure the funding for a new home in Novato California. Throughout the transaction he was proactive as well as consultative. We discussed loan options and he was objective and gave us the information to drive to a decision that suited our needs and financial position. Even though our close was extremely fast Darren and his team were able to hit all deadlines as well as manage a few curve balls we through them with last minute changes. I definitely would use Darren and his team for our next transaction and I have already recommended his services to my friends that are on the market for a new home.

Darren and the team at Peoples Home Equity were fantastic. My wife and I fell in love with a home with its large backyard. We were casually looking at homes at the open houses and therefore didn’t have a local mortgage broker. Once we knew that we wanted the house, we connected with Darren who helped facilitate the paperwork and provide a pre-approved letter at a moment’s notice. They were instrumental in the smooth transition, even while at a conference across the country, as we aimed to close escrow in 15 days.
